When I see people that manage to loose weight and get rid of many of our "modern" diseases, it makes me really happy. It makes me even happier to know that this can all be achieved without hunger, and it is sustainable. The weight and the health benefits stay with people as long as they keep eating this healthy, real food. To me this is the best part. No more yo-yo diets, and if it's done right, medication can be reduced and often completely eliminated. When starting this way of life, your doctor should be informed and blood tests should be done regularly. Many doctors are becoming more aware of the low carb healthy fat lifestyle, and often welcome it, unless your doctor is "old school" and will not change.
